What I'm building now
Right now I'm working on PrepLab — an AI voice-interviewer that helps designers prepare for interviews: HR screening and technical, tuned to specific roles. I own design and growth, and I share the process in the open.
Where I stand
Design lost the plot. Too many designers polish buttons for half an hour, sit far from the business, and wait for someone to notice them. I go the other way.
